Mallam Ahmed Ladan Gobir is a highly skilled, dedicated and licensed HR Professional and Corporate Lawyer with over 35 years hands on experience in both the public and private sector. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specialising in Management and a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B). He is a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has worked in the public and private sector for over 30 years starting his career in the public service as a Personnel/Industrial Relations Officer in 1985 with the Ajaokuta Steel Company Ltd and rising in the private sector to the position of Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Crittall-Hope Nigeria Ltd in 2013 after serving for 12 years as General Manager & Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.
In 2018, he joined the Dangote Cement Plc Group as a Senior General Manager and was designated as Regional HR Advisor & Head Organisation Development (Pan Africa). He is currently Group General Manager/Senior HR Business Partner for the Commercial & Anglophone Subsidiaries of Dangote Cement Plc overseeing the 6 Anglophone Countries of Ethiopia, Ghana, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania and Zambia.In this capacity, he had served as HR Advisor at Dangote Cement Ltd Tanzania (2019), HR Advisor at Dangote Cement Ethiopia Plc (2021) and HR Advisor at Dangote Cement Zambia Ltd (2022).
Mallam Gobir is a former Honourable Commissioner for Commerce, Industry & Co-operatives and member of the Kwara State Executive Council and had at various times served on the Boards of various companies, State and Federal Government parastatals and committees as Director and Member acquiring extensive corporate and boardroom experience over time. He is a distinguished professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors, holding key leadership and advisory roles in national and industry-focused organisations. He is a Member of the National Labour Advisory Council (NLAC) under the Federal Ministry of Labour, the Governing Board of the National Bureau of Statistics, and the National Steering Committee for the Open Government Partnership under the Federal Ministry of Justice. He serves as the Vice President of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), where he also chairs the Small & Medium Industries Committee, the Legal Advisory Committee, and is a Member of the Governing Council. Additionally, he is a Member of the Federal Government Tripartite Committee on the Review of the Minimum Wage and the Governing Board of the Kaduna State Water Corporation.
His corporate leadership includes directorships at Crittall-Hope Kaduna Ltd and Woodkraft Industries Ltd in Kaduna, as well as chairmanship roles at Kwara State Investment & Property Development Co. Ltd and Kwara State Industrial Trust Fund Ltd in Ilorin. A legal practitioner, he is a Partner at Gobir Gobir & Co. and has made significant contributions to the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) as Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Professional Conduct & Ethics Committee, as well as a Member of the Governing Council, the Board of Fellows, and the Board of Trustees of the CIPM Multipurpose Cooperative Society. His professional credentials include Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), and the Michael Imoudu National Institute for Labour Studies, Ilorin. He is also a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the International Bar Association (IBA), and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association (CLA).
Ugbede Nelson Attah is a seasoned investment professional with diverse experience in fund/portfolio management, securities and commodities trading, financial advisory, investment advisory services, and marketing of various financial instruments. He is the pioneer Group Managing Director/CEO of Lighthouse Capital Limited and is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm, as well as overseeing all securities trading business.
Ugbede has over 18 years of experience in Investment Banking, Securities and Commodities, Fund Arrangement, and Investment Management/Portfolio Management.He has successfully arranged financing in excess of US$10 billion across multiple sectors, including oil & gas and financial services, in his investment banking career to date.
Prior to his current role, he worked with Veritas Glanvills Pensions Limited as Head of Investment, where he successfully grew the Assets Under Management (AUM) from US$165 million to over US$300 million. He also worked at TAK Asset Management Limited as Head of Funds Management, managing assets in excess of US$2 billion for entities under the TAK Group.
He started his Investment Management career with Capital Bancorp Plc as an Investment Analyst, managing corporate clients’ portfolios and high-net-worth individuals, as well as cross-selling financial products within the Capital Bancorp Group.

Zahid Mubarik is an internationally acclaimed thinker, writer, speaker, and thought leader on strategic human resource management. He is the CEO of HR Metrics and founder and president of SHRM Forum Pakistan. He has the honour of being the only HR leader from Asia to become a member of ISO Geneva Technical Committee 260 for Developing Global HR Standards. The Committee initially comprised 11 leading countries, including USA, UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, and Pakistan.

She currently serves as Executive Director, Investor Services at MUFG (Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group), one of the world’s top financial groups, overseeing relationships with institutional fund managers across various asset classes.Her career began at HSBC in 2006 in Investor Relations within the Securities Services unit.
