ISO 30414 Certification Programmes

Professional Pathways in Human Capital Reporting & Disclosure

Aifa Consulting’s ISO 30414 Certification Programme develops the competence needed to interpret, implement, and evaluate human capital reporting in line with ISO 30414:2025. The programme integrates technical rigour, governance insight, and practical tools to support transparent, evidence-based workforce reporting.

Our certification pathways follow ISO 17024 principles, ensuring credentials reflect proven capability rather than attendance alone. We are committed to impartiality, objectivity, and fairness in all certification activities. Certification decisions are based solely on demonstrated competence and conformity with certification scheme requirements, free from commercial, financial, or other undue influence. Access to certification is open and not restricted by training participation, membership of any organisation, or other limiting conditions.
