AIFA CONSULTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to Aifa Consulting. By accessing or using our services, training programmes, or consulting solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Aifa Consulting provides consulting, training, recruitment, and advisory services focused on strategic workforce development, organisational effectiveness, and human capital management. Specific terms related to each service may be outlined in separate agreements.

3. Registration and Payment
  • All training and consulting services require prior registration and payment before commencement.
  • Payment must be made via the approved channels specified by Aifa Consulting.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in delayed or cancelled service delivery.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Consulting Services: Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. If cancelled before the engagement begins, a refund of up to 80% may be issued, subject to an administrative fee.
  • Training and Workshops:
    1.Cancellations made at least 7 days before the training date are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
    2.Cancellations made within 7 days of the training date are eligible for a 50% refund.
    3.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the training date or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
    4.If Aifa Consulting cancels or reschedules a training session, participants will be given the option to transfer their registration or receive a full refund. 
  • Virtual Training Access: Once access to a virtual training session has been granted, no refunds will be issued. Participants experiencing technical issues must notify Aifa Consulting for assistance.
5. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must provide accurate information during registration and communicate any special requirements before service delivery.
  • For training sessions, participants must adhere to professional conduct, arrive on time, and engage actively in the programme.
  • Any misuse of Aifa Consulting’s materials, including unauthorised reproduction or distribution, is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
  • All training materials, reports, presentations, and content developed by Aifa Consulting remain the intellectual property of Aifa Consulting.
  • Clients may use materials solely for their own personal learning or internal organisational purposes. They may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share these materials with external parties, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes,without prior written consent from Aifa Consulting.
  • The Aifa Consulting name, logo, and trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) are the exclusive property of Aifa Consulting and may not be used without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or modification of these marks is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
  • Aifa Consulting maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information.
  • Any proprietary business information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
  • Clients must also respect confidentiality agreements when accessing proprietary methodologies or frameworks during training and consulting engagements.
8. Limitation of Liability

Aifa Consulting offers strategic guidance and professional advisory services informed by industry standards. While we strive to provide impactful insights and recommendations, the implementation and success of these strategies depend on organisational factors beyond our control, execution, and market conditions.
Aifa Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for their decisions and the outcomes resulting from training, consulting, or advisory engagements.

9. Force Majeure
  • Aifa Consulting shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen technical issues.
10. Amendments to Terms
  • Aifa Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
  • Continued use of our services after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
11. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under applicable legal frameworks.

AIFA CONSULTING REFUND POLICY

1. Introduction

At Aifa Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services, training programmes, and digital resources tailored to the needs of our clients. This Online Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services and digital products.

2. General Refund Conditions

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service purchased and the circumstances surrounding the request.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
a. CONSULTING Services
  • Fees for consulting engagements are non-refundable once services have commenced.
  • If a client cancels before service commencement, a partial refund of up to 80% may be issued, subject to an administrative fee of 20% for processing and service allocation costs.
b. TRAINING and Workshops
  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the training date are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the training date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled training or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If Aifa Consulting cancels or reschedules a training session, participants will be offered the option to either:
    o Transfer their registration to a future session, or
    o Receive a full refund of the training fee.
c. DIGITAL PRODUCTS and Downloads
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
  • If a customer experiences technical difficulties accessing purchased content, they may contact our support team for assistance. Where possible, an alternative format or resolution will be provided.
4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email to hello[@]aifaconsulting.co including the following details:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. If a refund via the original method is not possible, an alternative refund method will be arranged.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Failure to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial use of a service
  • Violation of Aifa Consulting’s terms of service
